A Monday report from CNN-IBN in northern India — near New Delhi — said that a man there has been accused of putting his wife at risk in some sort of gamble — and lost.
According to the report, when the other gamblers came to collect, or in other words abduct her, she fended them off and fled to a police station.
It’s unclear what kind of game was played or where the gambling took place.
Police are currently investigating, according to the report.
