The game of poker has grown by leaps and bounds over the last four years thanks to Chris Moneymaker's monumental World Series of Poker win and the rise of celebrity poker players.

The game's skyrocketing popularity has created a legion of fans spanning all age groups, so it should surprise no one that the demand for poker memorabilia is at an all-time high. Unfortunately, if fans wanted a way to remember their favorite player, they had to be lucky enough to get an autograph or a picture with their cell phone, but those days are over as Razor Entertainment and Poker Royalty have joined forces to create the first-ever poker trading card set.

Featuring 37 of the world's best poker players and sold at Wal-Mart, Target, Kmart, Blockbuster, and Amazon.com, the stunningly designed and masterfully crafted cards are sure to satisfy the appetite of card collectors everywhere. Thanks to the experience of Razor Entertainment's president Josh Panko, who has previously worked with top card collectible giant Upper Deck, the set's amazing photography and quality production rival the best the collectibles industry has to offer.

According to Poker Royalty's executive vice president James Sullivan, this first-of-a-kind deal shows just how popular the game of poker has become. "This is a unique product that will provide players with great exposure in several national retail chains. With a premium quality product and excellent distribution channels, the Razor poker trading card set is a wonderful opportunity for poker professionals to become more recognizable to poker fans both domestically and abroad," Sullivan said.

The card set features photographs and information on players like Scotty Nguyen, Phil Hellmuth, Chris Moneymaker, Daniel Negreanu, David Williams, and Mike Matusow.
