Casino owner Sheldon Adelson, who has properties in Las Vegas and Macau, has reportedly sued a Wall Street Journal reporter over an article published in December..
The 79-year-old Adelson is apparently upset over the way he was described in the piece. He was called a “scrappy, foul-mouthed billionaire from working-class Dorchester, Mass.”
The article was about a legal fight between Adelson and a former employee, who alleged he was wrongfully terminated from his position as CEO of Las Vegas Sands’ Macau branch.
Adelson is reportedly seeking damages for the description.
