The PaddyPowerPoker.com Student Masters 2013 gets underway today March 2 and continues tomorrow March 3 and will see the winner receive an entry into next year’s Irish Open.
The student-only poker festival takes place at two venues in Dublin with day 1 in the Ballsbridge Hotel, and day 2 in the Jackpot Casino. Day 1 of the €100 + €10 buy-in, no-limit hold’em freezeout main event begins today at 2 p.m. and continues until the bubble pops (or 2 a.m.), with day 2 following on from 2 p.m. tomorrow.
The festival also sees a €20 + €2 no-limit hold’em freezeout play out on Saturday, March 2.
Students can only buy in directly via the PaddyPowerPoker.com software and only students above the age of 18 can take part in this event.
