Ongame Launches Fast-Fold Poker

Ongame, the U.S.-owned poker network, has launched a fast-fold poker product making it one of the last major networks to get in on the speed poker act.

Strobe Poker follows in the steps of the similarly named Rush, Zoom, Speed, Blaze and FastForward products already on the market.

RedKings Poker was one of the first sites to market the game with new product manager Richard Owens, saying, “Strobe is much faster poker because you literally have new opponents for every new hand. Fold your hand and you are moved immediately to a new table with all the other players in the pool who have folded as well.

“Fast-fold or speed poker has developed into a hugely successful derivative in its own right which industry observers now claim is around 30% of the revenues generated in cash games.
