Card Player is excited to announce a partnership with the Bicycle Casino and Live at the Bike, the industry’s leading live cash game webcast.

CardPlayer.com will host the live cash game streams for all Live at the Bike webcasts (every Tuesday and Friday, 7:30-10:30 p.m. PST) and also partner with Live at the Bike for special programming.

The inaugural event of the Bicycle Casino’s 23rd annual Winnin’ o’ the Green tournament series runs from Mar. 4 through Mar. 8. This first event is a no-limit hold’em poker tournament that guaranteed a $150,000 prize pool.

Participants were able to register and/or re-enter from Monday, Mar. 4 through Wednesday, Mar. 6, during any one of the 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm flights. Each player received 5,000 in tournament chips for the price of $150 ($125 Buy-in + $25 Entry Fees) and, for $100, players had the option to add-on or re-buy an additional 7,000 chips.

Every day 1 session paid the top 10 percent and the top 5 percent of each flight advanced to day 2. Chris Grigorian qualified for day 2 more than once. His smaller chip stack was removed from play in exchange for $2,000.

The three day 1 re-entry days saw a total of 1,188 entries, bloating the prize pool to well above the guarantee, paying an impressive $238,135. Day 2 commenced on Thursday, Mar. 7 and played down to 9 players. The final table is set to convene on Friday, Mar. 8, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Bicycle Casino’s Plaza Section and will be webcast on a 30-minute delay on the Bicycle Casino’s signature Live at the Bike show. Poker and sports caster, Jason Harrel and 2011 WSOP bracelet winner Owais Ahmed will be calling the action and commentating on the play.

Duey Duong returns to the Live at the Bike final table as the chip leader. Fans of the show will remember Duong as the Mega Millions II winner. He is hoping to hold on to his lead and secure his second big score at the table. However, the majority of the players at this table have earned over $100,000 in tournament winnings, and the lone lady at the table is well known pro, Mimi Tran. Duong may have the big stack, but he’s got tough table to work through. The winner of this first Winnin’ o’ the Green event will take home $55,390.

CardPlayer.com will be streaming the live webcast for this special edition of Live at the Bike starting at 6:30 P.M. Be sure to tune and watch all the action.
