The latest edition of Card Player Magazine is now available online and features Matt Giannetti, WSOP main event final tablist and two-time WPT champion.

Giannetti’s WSOP main event run was timely, since the pro from Massachusetts was in the middle of a major losing streak during the summer series.

“I spent 15 hours a day, every day, playing in a pot-limit Omaha game during that summer,” Giannetti recalled. “I think I lost almost every single day. It wasn’t a huge amount, but it was consistent and I wasn’t able to play my way out of it. Things weren’t going well and I was pretty miserable. To be perfectly honest, my main even run couldn’t have come at a better time. I was as low as I had ever been in my career.”

Other features in this issue include player interviews with Brian Hastings, Ty Reiman and Max Silver as well as strategy columns from the likes of Roy Cooke, Matt Matros, Matt Lessinger, Ed Miller, Gavin Griffin, Andrew Brokos, Bryan Devonshire, Mike Cappelletti, Matthew Hilger and Steve Zolotow. You can also read columns from personalities such as Bart Hanson, Bob Pajich and Bernard Lee.

The magazine, as well as an archive of more than 500 issues, is available to be viewed in rich media flash versions or mobile-friendly HTML formats. All you need to view each issue is a digital subscription.
