Venetian Deepstack Extravaganza III Kicks Off Today

Card Player Will Stream Main Event Final Table on July 21

The Card Player Poker Tour has partnered with The Venetian and The Palazzo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas for this summer’s Deepstack Extravaganza III.

The stop will consist of more than 200 events from May 23 to July 21, the centerpiece of which will be the $5,000 buy-in main event, to be streamed live on CardPlayer.com. The prestigious event takes place at The Palazzo Hotel and Casino starting on Saturday, July 13.

The festival will also include a wide variety of poker events to suit all pockets: from a $200 no-limit hold¹em event with 10,000 in chips, to Omaha, H.O.R.S.E., seven-card razz, Omaha eight/stud eight, limit hold’em, six-max hold’em pot-limit Omaha eight-or-better, right up to the $2,500 and $5,000 no-limit hold’em events with 20,000 and 25,000 starting stacks respectively.

Rooms are now available at The Venetian and Palazzo Hotel and Casino for the duration of the Extravaganza. The special rates are: $109 weekday (Sunday to Thursday) and $169 weekend (Friday to Saturday) (based on availability). Poker suite rates apply to all DSE events $400 and higher or six hours of cash play per day in Las Vegas’ largest poker room. Poker pro Tim West won the $5,000 buy-in main event last year, taking home $444,165 after beating out a field of 398 entrants.
