River City Casino Unveils $82 Million Hotel ExpansionSt. Louis Property Adds 200-Rooms, Event Center and Parking Garage |

In mid-September, the River City Casino and Hotel in south St. Louis unveiled their brand new $82 million expansion project which included a 200-room hotel, a 1,600 space parking garage and a 14,000 square foot event center.
“The addition of this beautiful 200-room hotel, coupled with our Event Center and parking garage, has transformed River City Casino & Hotel into a true regional destination with world class gaming, dining and entertainment,” said Neil Walkoff, Executive Vice President of Operations, Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. “We are confident our outstanding amenities and entertainment offerings will elevate our guests’ experience while significantly growing our customer base in the market.”
The seven-story hotel also features six spacious 2-bay suites and a luxurious Presidential suite just steps away from the casino’s award winning restaurants. Each room features first-class ameneties such as LED TVs, iPod docking stations, bathroom mirror televisions, rain shower heads, high-speed wireless internet and a state-of-the-art fitness room.
The casino expansion created 350 construction jobs during the two-year project and added an additional 100 permanent jobs.
