The inaugural Ultimate Poker Championship series came to an end on Sunday with the $300 buy-in main event featuring a $100,000 guarantee.
With 358 entrants, Ultimate Poker narrowly avoided an overlay as the prize pool ballooned to $100,240. The top 36 players were paid at least $400, with everyone at the final table earning at least $1,750.
After over six hours of play, it was crush who came out on top, besting JloBooty heads-up for the title and the $24,262 first-place prize.
The 11-event series included over $250,000 in guarantees and winners of each event received a custom UPC watch in addition to their first-place prize.
