The complete schedule of the 2014 European Poker Tour Monte Carlo Grand Final has been announced. From April 23 – May 3 the Monte Carlo bay Hotel & Resort will play host to the 48-event poker festival that will cap off the tenth season of the EPT in style.

“The EPT has been leading the way in live poker for ten years, and this year’s EPT Grand Final will be the biggest and best ever. With more tournaments than ever before at lower buy-ins alongside our other events plus a wide range of cash games, a greater variety of players will be able to experience the EPT, creating a fuller festival atmosphere,” EPT President Edgar Stuchly said in a statement. “The EPT is a tour dedicated to providing an enjoyable and world-class poker experience for everyone, with a choice of games and buy-ins that that you simply cannot find anywhere else.”

2013 EPT Grand Final champ Steve O'DwyerThe centerpiece of the entire schedule is of course the €10,600 no-limit hold’em main event, which will run from April 26 – May 2. In 2013 Steve O’Dwyer topped a field of 531 entrants to capture the title and the huge first-place prize of over €1.2 million.

In addition to the main event and plenty of (relatively) lower buy-in side events course there will also be plenty of high roller action to be found, including the third annual running of the €100,000 no-limit hold’em super high roller, which runs from Apr. 24 – 26. Last year’s running saw Max Altergott score a gigantic €1.75 million payday for topping an elite field of 50 players. There will also be a €25,500 no-limit hold’em taking place from Apr. 30 – May 2. Steven Silverman made a deal in that event in 2013 that secured him €775,400.

Players with more limited bankrolls will also be able to take part, with tournament buy-ins going as low as €330 available as well as 40 tables of cash-game action on offer, with hold’em, Omaha, open-face Chinese poker and many other games being spread.
