A group of men, each in their 70s, was accused of orchestrating a cheating plot at a Minnesota casino last summer. One of the men was finally caught Wednesday.

According to the Star Tribune, the scheme netted the men a little over $200—so, just about $50 each—but they have been charged with felonies by the state.

Being held in the county jail in lieu of $50,000 bail is Duane L. Racle, 75, of Lake City, Fla.

The other suspects are James P. Minehan, 75, of Tamarac, Fla.; Wildred Sanchez, 74, of Pembroke, Fla.; and Nicholas R. Crowder, 77, of Ferndale, Mich.

All four have previous convictions for cheating at gambling, the report said.

Here is what they allegedly did at Minnesota’s Canterbury Park:

Three of the men sat at a three-card poker table, and while one of them distracted the dealer, the other two, seated next to each other, palmed cards and swapped them under the table.

The fourth man stood behind the two card swappers in an effort to shield them from surveillance by a ceiling camera, but the camera still captured the activity and police were alerted.
