The potential buyer of Atlantic City’s Revel casino, which closed its doors earlier this month, has said he wants to open a university full of “geniuses” on the beleaguered property. According to a Monday Retuers report, he further explained his plan by saying his ideal student is “free, white and over 21.”

According to the report, by “free” he meant people with no financial obligations.

Glenn Straub is a Florida-based real estate developer. He reportedly said he is planning on transforming Revel into a hub for scientific research because he’s bored. He also said he still wants gambling in it.

Straub is looking to buy the casino for $90 million. It had cost $2.4 billion to build.

He is also considering building a high-speed ferry and rail systems and an underground passageway so his guests don’t have to go outside in the winter.
