A total of 250 entries were made in the $1,650 AUD no-limit hold’em terminator event at the 2014 World Series of Poker Asia Pacific, building a total prize pool of $375,000 AUD. The lion’s share of that cash ended up in the hands of 29-year-old Australian native Scott Calcagno after he emerged victorious from the final table.

For the win Calcagno earned his first WSOP gold bracelet and the $61,250 AUD first-place prize. Kok Fye Tan knocked out 11 players, and despite not making the final table earned $5,500 from bounties alone.

In addition to the title, the first-place prize and his bounties Calcagno also earned 408 Card Player Player of the Year points.
