Silver State gaming regulators decided this week to approve the addition of another person to Nevada’s infamous Black Book, a list of people excluded from casinos in the state, usually due to being caught cheating multiple times.

It is a crime for anyone on the list to enter a Nevada casino.

The 33rd person on the list is Tasia Musa, who has convictions from gambling-related crimes, VegasInc reported. The Gaming Commission made the decision Thursday.

According to Clark County criminal records, the last time he was arrested was in 2013.

The rules for getting off it are simple. If you die, your consolation is that state officials will take you off the list. Sometimes, however, it takes awhile before Nevada knows you’re dead, as was the case last August with a man removed from the book.

Adding names to the Black Book is not that common. In May 2013, Nevada added a person to the list for the first time in four years. Nevada’s Black Book was established in 1972.
