Zynga announced recently that it is ending its partnership with bwin.party for real-money gambling in the United Kingdom.
The offerings featured both a downloadable client and web version and was launched on Facebook and mobile platforms in the UK. ZyngaPlusPoker and ZyngaPlusCasino will be no more in the island nation.
The two companies launched the products in 2013. “We are very sorry to announce that ZyngaPlusPoker and ZyngaPlusCasino will be closing shortly,” Zynga said, according to ValueWalk.com.
Zynga added: “If you have a balance please log in to withdraw it.”
Zynga was once flirting with real-money online poker in the United States, but instead opted for the United Kingdom as a way to test the waters. That apparently failed.
