A poker player in Florida is suing a casino for injury she claims was sustained when an employee dropped a box containing poker chips on her head, according to saintpetersblog.com.

The alleged incident happened at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tampa.

The lawsuit was filed in Hillsborough County court in late May and apparently is moving toward trial.

The report said that Diana Bellerose claims she suffered “severe injury,” as well as disfigurement, disability, hospitalization and lost earnings.

Card Player’s calls to the legal representation for the plaintiff and the defendant went un-returned Tuesday, but it was learned that the complaint is just two pages in length.
