From a field 122 players in the 2015 World Series of Poker National Championship only seven now remain with a chance to capture the gold bracelet and the $341,599 first-place prize. Among them is none other than than six-time WSOP bracelet winner and two-time Card Player Player of the Year award winner Daniel Negreanu. Just weeks after finishing 11th in the WSOP main event the Canadian tournament superstar is looking to capture his seventh bracelet and extend his lead on the all-time money list.

Loni HarwoodNegreanu is joined at the final table by a number of the circuit’s top players. The chip leader with 1,340,000 of the roughly 3.6 million chips in play is Loni Harwood. The 2013 WSOP $1,500 no-limit hold’em event winner will be going for her second gold bracelet tomorrow.

Coming into the final table in second chip position is Darryll Fish, who won the 2015 WSOP Circuit Palm Beach Kennel Club main event in February to qualify for this tournament. The shortest stack heading into the final day is Alexandru Masek, who has a record eight WSOP Circuit gold rings to his name.

The event featured a $1 million guaranteed prize pool furnished by the WSOP for the 100 players who qualified for the event in addition to $220,000 more raised by 22 players who had earned the right to play the event after posting a $10,000 buy-in by winning their way into the top 100 on the WSOP POY points leader board.

For the first time the event was held at Harrah’s Cherokee, meaning that the eventual champion’s name will also go into the history books as the first player to win a WSOP bracelet in the state of North Carolina.

Play resumes at 1:00 p.m. local time with 46:51 left to play with blinds of 5,000 – 10,000 with a 1,000 ante.
