Lawmakers in the state of Wyoming have indicated that they don’t have the interest right now in statewide gambling regulation.

According to a report from the Billings Gazette, the state’s Joint Judiciary Committee said that it will not be sponsoring any legislation for a gambling commission next year. Wyoming already has a lottery and a Pari-Mutuel Commission. The state’s lottery began just last year, prompting some to consider more oversight.

The state has two poker rooms, with four tables between them.

Wyoming has three tribal casinos. Tribal gaming in the United States is regulated by the federal government.
