Over the last few weeks, I’ve written about how important it is to monitor situations throughout the league if you’re a NBA Daily Fantasy Sports player. Knowing what is going on with each team and how injuries affect their rotations can really help you find strong value plays.

Well this week, let’s put that knowledge into practice over on FantasyDraft. I’m going to look at five players who are currently strong values on FantasyDraft that you can possibly plug into your lineups at some point over the next week or so.

With FantasyDraft’s daily fantasy contests players draft new teams daily and have the opportunity to win cash every time they or their friends enter a paid contest. FantasyDraft also limits the number of lineups players can enter and pays a minimum of 20 percent of all guaranteed contests. It’s easy. It’s fun. It’s GAMEDAY. FantasyDraft puts #PlayersFirst. Right now you can get a 100 percent deposit bonus of up to $600 on FantasyDraft. Sign up today!

Deandre Jordan ($12,700)

To me, Jordan looks like a bomb waiting to explode. Last year, he had an absolutely mammoth stretch when Blake Griffin was shelved. This year, he had a few nice games once Griffin got injured, but then got a case of pneumonia. Since coming back from pneumonia, he’s been fairly pedestrian, not seeing a game where he logged a full allotment of minutes until last night in Indiana. He should start playing 35-38 minutes a night, and if he does I’m expecting a strong run of dunks, rebounding and shot blocking from the big fella.

Rudy Gobert ($12,000)

Gobert had a pretty rough start to this season. After averaging around 1 fantasy point per minute last year, he was slumping down around .85 for a good portion of this year, possibly due to not being entirely healthy. After a stint of not playing to get healthy, he’s back and while inconsistent, he’s been pushing that 1 fantasy point per minute benchmark over the last couple weeks. If he can continue that type of play and get his minutes to stick around 35 per night, he’s going to be a nice value here on FantasyDraft for a little while.

Archie Goodwin ($9,000)

Fortunately, we don’t have to worry about style points in NBA DFS, because volume is the name of the game. Archie Goodwin has been a good value for the last week for precisely that reason. With a litany of turnovers and foul trouble seemingly every night, it’s not pretty, but Archie is getting it done while Brandon Knight is out with an injury. The Suns are extremely thin at the guard spots, so Archie should be able to keep up this heavy minute load for as long as Knight is sidelined.

Spencer Hawes ($8,600)

Hawes has been a solid backup in the league for quite a few years now. He’s had his opportunities to fill in for an injured starter in the past and done just fine, and that’s happening again now. With Cody Zeller and Al Jefferson both struggling with injuries, Hawes has been thrust into a pretty steady 28-34 minute per game role and he’s run with it. Hawes has averaged over 31 FantasyDraft points per game over his last three, a bargain for $8,600.

David West ($8,100)

The Spurs appear to have reached the point in their season where everyone is taking a night off here and there. Over the last few games, either Tim Duncan or Lamarcus Aldridge have sat, and West has filled in admirably. His value is actually a bit disguised right now due to the blowout win over Phoenix and the blowout loss at the hands of the juggernaut Warriors. In close games that Duncan and/or Aldridge miss, West figures to play 24-26 minutes and be a strong DFS value at his current price.
