World Poker Tour Announces Stop in Spain

WPT Enterprises and Grup Peralada Now Partners in Poker

World Poker Tour Enterprises signed an "Expansion Member Agreement" with Grup Peralada, which is the largest casino operator in Spain. The first tournament will be held and filmed at Casino Barcelona in October of this year and will be aired as part of the show's sixth season.

The two companies will also explore collaboration opportunities on the Internet in Spain as well as talk about a Spanish poker tour featuring tournaments at Grup Peralada casinos, including World Poker Tour stops in Portugal and South America.
