2016 Card Player Poker Tour Seneca Niagara Fall Poker Classic -- Alex Visbisky Leads After Day 1A

24 Players Survived The First Starting Flight From A Field of 121 Entries

A total of 121 entries were made in the first of two starting flights of the 2016 Card Player Poker Tour Seneca Fall Poker Classic $1,000 no-limit hold’em main event. The tournament features a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool, one that should be easily surpassed given today’s turnout. The eventual champion of this event will not only win the lion’s share of the aforementioned prize pool but will also also grace the cover of an upcoming issue of Card Player magazine!

Alex VisbiskyFrom the 121 entries today only 24 player players survived to make day 2. The chip leader at the end of the night was hometown hero Alex Visbisky, who bagged up 434,000. Other large stacks include Dan Wagner (346,000), Robert Petronio (247,000) and Joseph Elhage (247,000).

The second and final starting flight will begin on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 11 a.m. local time.

The Seneca Gaming and Entertainment poker room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the first floor of the Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel. The 23-table room features 13 big screen televisions, free wifi, free drinks, free parking, player rewards and spreads a large selection of hold’em, stud and Omaha games.
