J.C. Tran, who has sat in the number one spot on Card Player Magazine's Player of the Year race since the beginning of the year, is the chip leader going into the second day of the World Series of Poker's $1,500 six-handed no-limit event. There are 110 players out of 1,427 left and the tourney continues today at 2 p.m. Tran had $150,000 chips, only $10,000 more than Clinton Bushin in second place.
