Wynn Boston Harbor is no more.

At a regulatory hearing late last month, Wynn Resorts CEO Matt Maddox said that the firm’s upcoming casino outside Boston will no longer be called Wynn Boston Harbor, per a report from Bizjournals.com. The $2.4 billion casino will be named Encore Boston Harbor.

Wynn Resorts’ founder Steve Wynn stepped down as CEO in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations that surfaced earlier this year. He eventually sold his stock in the company, but the company’s gaming license is still in jeopardy.

Despite the challenges, Encore Boston Harbor is still eyeing a June 2019 opening. The casino is planning a 90-table poker room, which would be one of the largest in the country.

There’s still a possibility that the casino could be sold, despite the name change. Rival casino operator MGM Resorts is interested in the casino.
