FantasyDraft, one of the leading daily fantasy sports platforms, on Thursday will hold a drawing for its Las Vegas Experience Package valued at a whopping $12,500. The package includes round-trip airfare to Las Vegas, three nights’ hotel accommodations at The Rio Hotel and Casino, as well as a $10,000 “Summer Poker Series Main Event” buy-in for July 2, 2018.
The winner will be chosen by random drawing live on Twitter @FantasyDraft June 28th at 4 p.m. EST. No purchase or deposit necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility
All eligible participants entering the Contest must comply with these terms and conditions.
The Contest is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada (except for Quebec province), 18 years of age and older. No purchase necessary to enter the promotion. Employees of FantasyDraft and other daily fantasy sites, are not eligible to participate in this contest. To be eligible to create an authorized account , you must, at the time of registration: (i) be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your Jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. Math skill testing question required for Canadian residents. Void in Quebec and where prohibited.
Entry
To enter the Contest, entrants must create a FantasyDraft.com account or register their existing account at page.fantasydraft.com/landing/2018-vegas-experience, no later than midnight on June 27, 2018. One entry per user.
FantasyDraft shall not be liable for any issues that occur during the entry process, including late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries.
Any attempt to deliberately damage hosting website or affect the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. FantasyDraft reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is found to be violating these rules or acting to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest. In the event FantasyDraft is prevented from continuing this contest by any event beyond its control, including, without limitation, a force majeure, fire, flood, epidemic or other national health emergency, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, public health crisis, or other cause not reasonably within its control, then FantasyDraft shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate this contest.
Selection of Winners
Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or around 4:00pm ET on June 28, 2018, and will be contacted by phone or email within two (2) business days following the drawing. A prospective winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification. If Sponsor is unable to contact the prospective winner within two (2) days from first notification attempt, if the prospective winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if the prospective winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prospective winner shall be selected.
Winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the official rules. All decisions of FantasyDraft regarding the contest and the application of the rules are final and binding. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone. A math skill question will be required if the chosen winner is from Canada.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Prize Details
There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded, consisting of a trip to Las Vegas, consisting of round-trip airfare from the major airport closest to the winners home, and 3 days accomodations. Winner will also receive a $10,000 buy-in to a Summer Series Poker event on July 2, 2018. At FantasyDraft’s discretion, an alternate prize may be offered if the winner is unable to take the Last Vegas Experience trip. Approximate retail value of the prize package is $12,500.
The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the Grand Prize in the Promotion shall be solely determined by Sponsor. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the Grand Prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on the Grand Prize are the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility. Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the Grand Prize.
Grand Prize cannot be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Taxes
The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for paying all taxes on any winnings.
Publicity & Indemnification
Grand Prize Winner agrees that their names, likeness, social media posts, and/or photos and videos tagged in response to contest posts may be used for marketing purposes. By participating in this contest, any potential winner agrees to refrain from any behavior or communication that would harm the image or reputation of FantasyDraft. Winners’ personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties.
By participating, entrants release, hold harmless, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge FantasyDraft, and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest, and each of its and their directors, employees, officers, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, injuries, or causes of action of any kind that in any way now or hereinafter may arise from or relate to the sweepstakes or contest, including without limitation (i) the administration of the sweepstakes or contest, such as typographical, printing, seeding, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes or contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or any related materials, inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, late, lost, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, or damaged entries, any delays in delivery or lack of availability of the prize or prize materials and/or (ii) entrants’ participation in a sweepstakes or contest offered by FantasyDraft or their acceptance or use of a prize, or participation in any prize related activities, including, without limitation, any travel related thereto, and death and bodily injury (including emotional distress), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the sweepstakes or contest or any sweepstakes or contest-related activity and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
