With Day 1B of the
World Series of Poker main event falling on a Saturday, it was expected that this would be the biggest day 1 field. The preliminary list released by the
WSOP staff showed 1,515 registrations at 11 a.m. Registration will remain open until the end of the first level at approximately 2 p.m.
UPDATE: Official final total for Day 1B was 1545.
