The World Series of Poker Circuit is set to return to the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Milwaukee, Wisconsin early in 2020. The WSOPC Potawatomi series will run from January 30 through February 10, with a total of 16 events and $750,000 in guaranteed prize money.

Over the course of the series there will be 13 WSOP Circuit gold rings awarded. The centerpiece of the whole affair is the $500,000 guaranteed $1,700 no-limit hold’em main event, which is set to take place Feb. 7-10. The tournament features two starting days, with a single re-entry per player for each flight. Players will begin with 30,000 in chips, with initial blinds of 100-100. The tournament utilizes a big-blind ante, which first kicks in at level 2. Levels will be 40 minutes in length during the starting flights, increasing to hour-long levels for day 2.

Richard Bai outlasted a field of 447 total entries in that event to secure the title, his second career gold ring and a top prize of $138,317.

The Potawatomi Hotel & Casino first opened in 1991 near downtown Milwaukee. It underwent an expansion in 2008 that saw it become one of the largest gaming facilities in Wisconson. The 20-table poker room is open 24/7, with a variety of games and limits available.
