With the eyes of the poker world fixed on Las Vegas, the South Point Hotel Casino has answered the call for more tournament action with their ongoing Summer Poker Round Up.

This nearly two-month series runs until July 20, with big guarantee events running every day of the week. And the best part is that buy-ins are just $240.

The highlight of the schedule is the $75,000 guaranteed no-limit hold’em tournament, which runs with three starting flights from Monday to Wednesday at 1 p.m. The field then combines on Thursday to play down to a winner.

There’s also the $30,000 guaranteed one-day no-limit hold’em event on Thursdays, the $20,000 guaranteed Omaha eight-or-better event on Friday, the $20,000 guaranteed mixed Omaha/stud eight-or-better event on Saturday, and the $20,000 guaranteed R.O.S.E. event on Sunday.

If that wasn’t enough to get you down to South Point, the world-class poker room staff have also upped the guarantees on the daily tournaments. Every day at 10 a.m. there is a $60 buy-in, $5,000 guaranteed tournament. At 6 p.m., the $150 buy-in tournament will award a guaranteed $15,000, or $25,000, depending on the day of the week.

You also don’t want to miss the upcoming LIPS (Ladies International Poker Series), which is hosting their championship event from June 30 to July 1. This $450 buy-in event has a $40,000 guarantee.
