Poker professional and Card Player columnist Jonathan Little took down the title in the StormX Invitational III hosted at the PokerGO studio inside Aria on the Las Vegas Strip on Oct. 26. The top prize was worth $130,386, and that takes the two-time World Poker Tour champion’s career tournament earnings up above $8 million.

The invite-only event attracted a field of 95 entries, and had a prize pool worth $427,500. The top 13 players cashed for at least $10,688, and the players that fell before the final table to cash were Jeremy Kerbel (10th), Jake Adballa (11th), Joseph Cheong (12th), and Johnny Betancourt (13th). Other notable players in the mix that fell along the way before the money bubble included Ryan Riess, David Williams, Bryce Yockey, Ebony Kenney, Xuan Liu, and Kitty Kuo.

Little scored a key double during eight-handed play to keep pace with the rest of the field at the final table. A little while after StormX founder Simon Yu fell in sixth place, Little saw his next major action at the final table by taking out Daniel Lee in fifth place, and Ye Shen in fourth place in quick order.

Little kept that momentum rolling by taking out Eshaan Bhalla in third place, and that gave him a 2:1 chip advantage rolling into the final match against Princess Love. Little applied constant pressure before Love got all in holding K-8, but that was behind A-Q. The board bricked out to secure Little’s victory. Love just recently started playing poker, and it secured the Californian’s largest tournament poker score by far.

Here is a look at the results for the final table:
