Sunday Million tournament last night, making for a prize pool of $1,304,800. This was up decently from last week, when 6,366 entrants bought in. The United States led the charge at the final table, as five of the nine final-table participants were from the U.S., and three of those five were still remaining when it got down to fourhanded play. However, when it got down to heads-up play, it was an American versus a Norwegian, and weeminer would have to outlast his foe, Macknot, to take the title for the U.S. In the end, Macknot managed to best his opponent and snag the $187,630 first-place prize for Norway.

Full Tilt held its monthly $1 million-guaranteed tournament last night, and 2,152 entrants bucked up the $500 buy-in for the event. The prize pool was decently beyond the posted guarantee, as it came to $1,076,000. This was actually the lowest prize pool for a Full Tilt monthly $1 million-guaranteed event since the tournament started in July. In that inaugural tournament, on July 15, the prize pool was $1,160,500, and then, on Sept. 16 (a month was skipped for the
Full Tilt Online Poker Series V), the tournament had a prize pool of $1,114,000.
The first-place prize was almost $198,000 last night, and a very respectable final table formed, with nine entrants eyeing the top prize. It was eventually just BluffMagCV and
