PokerGO Cup To Run Feb. 11-20 On Las Vegas Strip

Eight-Event Festival Sports Buy-Ins From $5,100-$25,200

The battle to be crowned the 2025 PokerGO Cup series champion gets underway this February inside the PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino Las Vegas. The eight-event series spans from Feb. 11-20, with no-limit hold’em events ranging from $5,100 up to $25,200 in entry cost.

All eight events will run over the course of two days, with day 1 seeing play continue until the field has been narrowed down to the final six contenders. Those half-dozen hopefuls will return on day 2 to play down to a champion.

2024 PokerGO Cup Series Champion Jonathan Little

The most recent running of this series took place just over a year before the 2025 version is set to commence. Card Player columnist and two-time World Poker Tour main event champion Jonathan Little cashed in four of the eight tournaments held at the festival in 2024, winning two titles and accumulating more than $730,000 in earnings along the way.

For those hoping to follow this year’s action, each and every final table will be streamed on PokerGO from Feb. 12-20. Broadcasts will begin at 4:00 PM ET for the first seven events, with the series’ $25,200 buy-in finale kicking off a bit later (6:00 PM ET).

From event no. 2 on, bonus coverage of the late stages of day 1 action will be available starting from 10:30 PM ET.

The events of this festival will utilize the PGT shot clock, with 20 seconds to act preflop and 30 seconds post flop. Players will start the event with eight 30-second time extensions per entry before the first break and six from there on out. The press release announcing the series states, “Additional time extensions are distributed to players in the money if the field exceeds 71 entrants. The final seven players will also receive six additional time extensions.”
