Season four of the European Poker Tour is more than halfway through with the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure ending today, but there is plenty of time left to qualify for the remaining events.
Satellites are running now for the next three EPT stops, which are Dortmund (Jan. 29-Feb. 2), Copenhagen (Feb. 19-23), and Warsaw (March 11-15), as well as the season-ending grand final in Monte Carlo (April 12-17). Packages include a seat in the event, luxury hotel accommodations, and $1,000 in spending money. Dortmund qualifiers end on Jan. 19, so those who would like to travel to Germany only have a little more than a week to qualify.
Players can find prize-package satellites for as low as $5.50 by going to the PokerStars tournament lobby and clicking on “events,” and then “EPT.” This Saturday, $800 buy-in direct qualifiers will take place for both Dortmund (2 p.m. ET) and Copenhagen (3 p.m. ET). Those who are looking for a way to burn 10,000 Frequent Player Points can buy into a qualifier on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
PokerStars players should also mark their calendar for Jan. 19, because at 1 p.m. ET, a $1,050 buy-in satellite is taking place and 16 grand-final packages are guaranteed. Click here to read more about that qualifier. Smaller satellites for the direct qualifiers run around the clock.
Last season, there were 564 seats awarded to players who won qualifiers for EPT events. Almost 70 of these players cashed, earning more than $6 million combined.
