Playersonly.com is offering a $10,000 prize for the best “true player” video posted on YouTube in a contest that is sure to bring out the comedians, the oddballs, and the downright weird.
David Anderson from the entertainment company said, “Everybody’s got a little ‘player’ in them. This is a chance to have some fun and win big cash.”
The competition, eligible to over-18s, will see contestants submit videos to YouTube which show them and/or their friends “pay tribute to successful, confident players you admire, or parody wannabe players that just don’t get it.”
The company describes being a player as “Confidence. Smarts. Style. Balls. You know the guy – he’s got the dream job, sweet wheels, cool clothes. Women can’t resist him (although his mom wishes he’d settle down), the guys think he’s cool – and he’s probably a winner at the poker table.”
The winner will be picked on Feb. 15, receiving a $10,000 deposit into their playersonly.com account and an all-expenses paid night out with hostess and Playboy model Carrie Stroup.
