The PokerStars.com European Poker Tour Scandinavian Open, being held in Casino Copenhagen in the Danish capital, had a sellout field of 460 players, generating almost €3 million in prize money. Today, 174 return for day 2 and the drive for the first prize of €834,590.

Day 1B saw a number of notable casualties, including recent Premier League winner Andy Black, Tony G, Katja Thater, Tom McEvoy, William Thorsson, Patrick Bueno, and Rob Hollink.

The home nationality, not unsurprisingly, has dominated the event from the start with 41 percent of the field (that’s 176 players in total), and going into day 2, seven of the top 10 in chips are Danes, as well.PokerStars pro Luca Pagano returns for Day 2 of the Scandinavian Open
