Everest Poker has signed a multi-year deal with Harrah’s to become the sole poker-related table sponsor for the World Series of Poker. This means the Everest Poker logo will appear on every table at this year’s WSOP, as well as on the inner ring of the final table of all the events.

The deal also includes hanging of banners and logos on barricades used to control the crowds. Details of the deal, including the number of years and how much Everest Poker paid Harrah’s, was not released.

“We are very pleased to have Everest Poker join the World Series of Poker family," said WSOP Commissioner Jeffrey Pollack in a press release. "Everest Poker is one of the leading poker brands in Europe and around the world and will help strengthen our own brand even further.”

The 2007 WSOP was broadcasted to more than 350 million households during more than 2,700 broadcast hours, so Everest Poker is looking at some serious exposure through this deal. Everest Poker, owned by GigaMedia Limited, will also use the sponsorship to bring as many of its players to this year’s WSOP as possible, but Everest Poker isn’t open to players located in the U.S.

“We are very proud, very excited for Everest Poker to be the sole poker-related table sponsor of the World Series of Poker, one of the greatest championship events in the world,” stated GigaMedia CEO Arthur Wang in the same press release. “We plan to bring our large international player-base to the WSOP to make it an even greater event -- in partnership with Everest Poker.”
