WSOP Circuit Satellites Start Monday

Preliminary Events Kick Off Tuesday

The next stop on the World Series of Poker Circuit is in Elizabeth, Indiana, at Caesars, and satellite action begins on Monday.

The poker room will host $200 buy-in supersatellites starting March 31 at noon and 7 p.m., as well as on April 2 at 7 p.m., April 3 at 9 p.m., April 4 at 7 p.m., April 6 at 3 p.m., April 8 at 7 p.m., April 10 at 7 p.m., and April 12 at noon and 7 p.m. Players begin with $2,000 in starting chips, and the blinds go up every 30 minutes.

The $300 mega-satellites also start on March 31, and the first one begins at 3 p.m. The other mega-satellites will be on April 1, April 3, April 5, April 6, April 7, and April 9 at 7 p.m., April 10 at 9 p.m., April 11 at 7 p.m., and April 12 at 3 p.m. These satellites start players with $3,000 in starting chips, and the levels last 30 minutes.

Each satellite will award as many seats as the prize pool permits. The $5,000 buy-in main event is scheduled for April 13. Eleven preliminary events will lead up to the championship and include buy-ins ranging from $300-$1,000. Those prelims begin on Tuesday with a $300 buy-in no-limit hold'em tournament.
