Wilbur Futhey Wins WSOP Circuit at Caesars Indiana

He Outlasted 116 to win $180,289

Retired carnival prize salesman and tournament poker regular Wilbur Futhey has won the $5,000 World Series of Poker Circuit event that was held in Caesars Indiana the past two days.  He won $180,289, a ring and $10,000 seat into the WSOP main event. This was Futhey's fourth cash of the series and his his best cash to date. The two-day event attracted 117 players who pushed the prize pool up over $550,000.

There are two more WSOP Circuit events planned before the WSOP in Las Vegas starts at the end of May. The WSOP Circuit at Caesars Palace Las Vegas runs from April 20 to May 1, and the series at Harrah’s New Orleans runs from May 9-21.
