World Poker Crown Final Table Webcast Today

The final table of the $3 million 888.com World Poker Crown is to be broadcast live on the Internet today, Thursday, May 8 at 3:30 p.m. CET (9:30 a.m. ET). The online tournament, which played down to the final eight last week, reconvenes in Peralada Castle, Spain, to play out for the $1 million first prize.

More than 2,200 players entered the unique online/live hybrid tournament, which had a generous overlay of $800,000. The tournament sets two “world firsts”: the first to show players’ holecards and the first to have in-play betting at 888.com.

The final table, which can be viewed at WorldPokerCrown.com, consists of:

2. Michael Lawson (Canada) — 207,000
3. Bart Wetsteijn (Netherlands) — 139,000
4. Piotr Skiba (Poland) — 102,000
5. Mark Rossler (Germany) — 58,000
6. Mark Castonguay (Canada) — 52,000
7. Arjan van Bavel (Netherlands) — 41,000
8. Gijsbert van Doesburg (Netherlands) — 38,000
