888.com today announced it had entered into a partnership with the PokerDome Group to launch PokerDomePoker.com which will target Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
PokerDome, which has a number of live poker rooms across the region and operates the Oz Poker Tour, previously operated Southern Cross Poker on the iPoker network.
Gigi Levy, CEO of 888.com, said of the deal, “We are excited to partner with an innovative and diverse poker operator such as PokerDome. We recognize PokerDome's expertise as an offline operator and look forward to serving their customers in the online environment. PokerDome have a close association with two World Series of Poker bracelet winners, so we expect a mutually successful relationship”.
