Is bigger really better? Well, in terms of deep-stacked poker tournaments it is, and it’s the big rooms on The Strip that are offering them. The Bellagio, Venetian, Caesars Palace, and brand-new Hard Rock poker rooms are now all offering regularly scheduled deep-stacked tournaments, proving that the recent trend of players’ demand for large starting stacks is here to stay.
Venetian
It could be argued that the Venetian poker room is the originator of the deep-stack poker movement with its highly successful Deep Stack Extravaganza tournament series, which debuted in February of last year.
