Pot-limit Omaha is a growing game, a fact made more evident by this year’s $10,000 buy-in World Series of Poker world championship pot-limit Omaha (PLO) event. Showing a 21-percent increase in attendance from the year before, the 2008 event attracted 381 entrants, generating the largest PLO tournament prize pool in poker history. Tonight, ESPN is premiering this event at 5 p.m. PST.
