This week’s free poker training video clip from Card Player Pro (powered by PokerSavvy Plus) features not one but two poker coaches. Both Tony “bond18” Dunst and Andrew “Foucault” Brokos host the video, which features a replay of a six-handed no-limit hold’em multi-table tournament that Dunst recently played in. Dunst is a self-proclaimed “MTT donk,” and Brokos is a deep-stack, short-handed cash-game specialist, so the two bring a wealth of expertise and distinct viewpoints to the hand analysis in the video. This video clip, as well as three additional free clips by other instructors, is currently available on the Card Player Pro preview page.
In the video, the two talk about playing low pocket pairs preflop, three-betting in position at short-handed tables with
nearly any two cards, why playing against a good tournament player is fundamentally different from playing against a good cash-game player, and appropriate bet-sizing against various opponents.
