Ladbrokes recently announced that it signed Peter “Zupp” Jepsen to a sponsorship contract to represent the punters poker site Ladbrokes Poker. He officially starts his sponsorship duties Jan. 1, 2009.
The Danish poker player is a 26-year-old former military police officer who won the European Poker Tour Warsaw event in 2007. He also held the record for winning the largest online cash-game pot in history for one week when he raked in $499,000 in a single hand.
He joins his friend Jonas “Nebuchad” Danielsson, Jon Kalmar, and others in the team.
