After leading the Card Player Player of the Year race for most of the year in 2005, only to get overtaken in the final few weeks, John Phan has all but locked up the honor in 2008.
Phan sits down the Adam Schoenfeld and Diego Cordovez on The Scoop, brought to you by Full Tilt Poker, to talk about how much the Card Player Player of the Year award means to him, especially since he just nearly missed the distinction in 2005.
Phan also talks about the goals he has set for himself and the feeling he had when he won his second World Series of Poker bracelet.
