35 year-old Iwan Jones took down a first prize of $750,000 at the Inaugural World Poker Exchange London Open.

Held at Old Billingsgate Market, and billed as "the first ever lifestyle poker tournament," The London Open promised a $2,000,000 prize pool and pitted poker pros against Hollywood celebrities, and ten FHM readers.

Jones, a Welsh television producer, outlasted 138 players, and a tough final table that included big name poker pros Marcel Luske, Chip Jett, and Karina Jett, en route to his championship score.

Jones went into the final day of competition trailing chip leader Chip Jett by over $400,000 in chips. But in the end it was he and Mikael Thuritz, of Stockholm, Sweden, who fought it out heads-up. Thuritz took home $400,000 for his efforts.
