European poker gets a new stop on its circuit from April 15 to 18 with the European Masters of Poker stopping at Golden Sands Resort, Varna, Bulgaria for its €1,100 buy in event.
The European Masters of Poker is a five-stop tour aimed at players who wish to play big live tournaments with affordable buy-ins, in exotic locations. Last month 248 players flew in to Tallinn, Estonia to vie for the €248,000 prize pool.
The event was won by Johanna Pyysing from Finland when, heads up, she beat former EPT Barcelona winner Bjorn-Erik Glenne to take down the €69,440 top prize.
Varna is expected to attract up to 300 runners creating an estimated prize pool of €300,000.
Players can qualify for the €1,800 package for the event from as little as $2 or 200 VIP Points via any Entraction network site including DevilfishPoker.com, i4poker.com, Pinnaclesports.com, kickoffpoker.com, DailyPoker.com, GoldWinPoker.com, MartinsPoker.com, and 24hPoker.com.
Players can also buy in directly via their Entraction account.
Each day there are nine daily satellites to the €100 Sunday Main Qualifier (19:40 CET) as well as three daily satellites to the €100 Wednesday Main Qualifier (19:40 CET).
The event has a starting stack of 10,000 chips with 45 minute levels for the first four hours and one hour levels thereafter and players are also competing to be top of the leader board competition which will see the winner at the end of the tour take home an estimated prize of €25,000 and a watch worth €10,000.
