Clarification on Past Story about Gaming Entertainment, Inc. Lawsuit

In a story dated Sept. 15, Card Player reported that the United States District Court for the Federal District of Nevada issued a temporary restraining against Gaming Entertainment, Inc. that prohibited the company from promoting or distributing its "Play Four Poker" casino game.

This was not the case. The temporary restraining order only prohibited Gaming Entertainment, Inc. from displaying or advertising "Play Four's" current layout.

Card Player regrets the error.
