The Grosvenor UK Poker Tour main event has rolled into the G Casino, Manchester with Jeff Kimber leading the pack after 
day 1A on the fourth leg of the tour.
A series of side events preceded the £1,000 main event which started yesterday. Play in the main event will start over two days at 2 p.m. and up to 300 participants are expected to take to the felt to try and emulate last year’s winner Marc Goodwin.
Goodwin took down just over £90,000 after beating Nik Persuad heads up in the main event in April last year.
Yesterday saw 122 participants take to the felt and only 22 made it through to day two. Another batch of hopefuls will take their seats today and CardPlayerEurope.com will bring you details of the winner on Monday
