PartyGaming, the online gaming company that operates PartyPoker.com, announced that relationships with three of the four businesses that operate on the company's platform had changed.

It bought MultiPoker.com, which has a large Scandinavian customer base of 255,000, for $14.5 million in cash. The deal gives PartyGaming the assets, player data base, and intellectual property of MultiPoker.com, including the web site.

IntertopsPoker.com is now an affiliate of PartyPoker.com. It used to operate on its own as a poker skin, but this agreement hands over control to PartyGaming of the site for the next 15 months, gives PartyGaming access to
IntertopsPoker.com's player database, and enables PartyPoker.com to market its services to IntertopsPoker.com's players.

Coral Eurobet, which also operated on the company's platform, left PartyGaming. In a statement, PartyGaming said it will cooperate with Coral Eurobet as it moves it customers to a new platform.

PartyGaming plans to launch an integrated platform sometime in 2006 that will allow its players to play on any of the sites it owns or operates from one account.
