Binion’s Poker Classic Begins Monday

Binion’s Summer Tournament Series Will Feature 44 Events

The Binion’s Poker Classic begins on Monday, May 25 in Downtown Las Vegas at the Binion’s Horseshoe on Fremont Street. The historic casino where the World Series of Poker was started will host a tournament series that includes 44 tournaments this summer in Las Vegas. The tournament series will run until July 8, when the final table of the $1,000 no-limit hold’em championship event crowns a champion. There will be $125 buy-in super satellites for the championship event on Monday, July 6 at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.

There will be a wide selection of games offered during the course of the tournament series, including limit, pot-limit, and no-limit hold’em, six-handed and shootout no-limit hold’em, pot-limit Omaha, Omaha eight-or-better, seven-card stud eight-or-better, crazy pineapple, and H.O.R.S.E. There will be a $100 ladies no-limit hold’em event on Wednesday, June 3. Six events during the tournament series will have Card Player Player of the Year points up for grabs. Here is a look at full schedule for the event:
